The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants met personally to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex twice world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Physical Difference
As the two fighters participated in the customary face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually happening.
